"As a non-traditional student (I began studying martial arts at age 47), I greatly appreciate Kaizen's emphasis on challenging all their students while maintaining a supportive environment. The instructors cultivate a collegial atmosphere that my fellow students reinforce with each other. Coach V is clearly devoted to his students and committed to passing his knowledge on to them. He has high expectations and standards and, like all great teachers, he gives his students the knowledge to help them reach their goals. While the Kaizen curriculum is not easy, the program is a wonderful way to learn and explore martial arts at a very reasonable cost. Students of all ages and skill levels can feel comfortable in the Kaizen Karate environment."

We are currently looking for upbeat, team players to grow with us as Kaizen Karate expands.
